I’m Mark Rahman, the developer behind Dynamic Soft. I bring over 20 years of experience across software development, business systems, IT infrastructure and technology consulting.
Today, I help businesses build websites, mobile apps and custom software, and connect them with CRM systems and AI. When you work with Dynamic Soft, you work directly with me—from the first conversation through to development, launch and ongoing support.
Experience across businesses and industries
My career includes roles and engagements with organisations such as Schindler, Pepsi-Cola, PCSI Global and Comcater, alongside consulting projects for Australian businesses, universities and government organisations.
My consulting experience includes work on solutions for La Trobe University, the Australian Government Department of Finance, Consumer Affairs Victoria and Fulton Hogan. These projects involved business analysis, application development, CRM customisation, data migration, workflow automation and system integration.
I hold a Master of Enterprise Resource Planning Management from Victoria University, Melbourne. Over my career, I’ve also earned Microsoft certifications across application development, databases, infrastructure and Dynamics CRM.
My background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and custom development helps me connect technical decisions with practical business needs.
Understanding your business comes first
Working across different industries has taught me to start with a few practical questions: What takes too much time? Where does information get lost? What would make everyday work easier?
My earlier development work includes Student 365, a student management solution; Service 365, a field-service application; and FoodTrust365, a platform supporting meal donations.
That experience shapes how I work today. I focus on creating useful, manageable solutions that fit the people and processes they support.

Android and iOS app development
Flutter and Dart provide an approach to building Android and iOS applications from a shared codebase. Through APIs, mobile apps can connect with customer accounts, bookings, notifications, business systems and AI services.
Custom web applications
Depending on the project, technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, C# and ASP.NET Core can support customer portals, dashboards and internal tools. SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Microsoft Dataverse offer options for storing and managing business information.
CRM and business integration
My consulting background includes Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript and Web APIs. Solutions can bring together Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and API integrations to connect customer records, enquiries and workflows.
AI integration
AI can support customer conversations, document search and everyday business tasks. Solutions may combine language-model APIs, speech recognition, workflow automation and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)—an approach that helps an assistant answer using approved business information.
I also develop AI voice and video assistants that answer customer questions, explain services and help visitors take the next step. These assistants can be tailored to your brand and connected to your business information.
Cloud hosting and delivery
Microsoft Azure, version control and automated deployment processes can support the delivery and maintenance of websites and applications. Hosting, access controls, monitoring and backups are selected to suit the solution.
